This means that if your hosting account is unreachable for 1 hour (beyond the 0.01% allowed), you will recieve 100 hours of credit. If A1HostWeb is not directly responsible for causing the downtime, the customer will recieve a credit for 10 times ( 1,000% ) the actual amount of downtime.
30 Days Money Back:
A1HostWeb Hosting Packages include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your hosting service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus domain name registration fee and extra charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation date of your account.
The 30 day money back guarantee does NOT apply to Domain Name Registration or Custom Web Site Design Services.
